Carl Pfeffer, since 2016 CEO, before member of the Supervisory Board of fct AG, has been successful in a range of management positions in the automobile and metal industry both in Germany and abroad for more than 20 years.
Rainer Börsig, who studied computer science, has worked at fct AG for more than 20 years. As Chief Technical Officer (CTO) he has made a decisive contribution to the development of the new generation of the content management system TIM.
Stephan Friese manages as Chief Sales Officer, CSO, the sales department at fct AG. As a technician, trainer, consultant, sales supporter and project manager, the graduated economist offers many years of experience in numerous projects as well as in product management.
Markus Horvath manages as Chief Product Owner, CPO, the software department at fct AG. He studied communication and software engineering and has has many years' experience in the field of software development and product management. He is a proponent of agile software development with Scrum and Kanban.
Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Prof. Sissi Closs, who holds a degree in computer science, has been Professor of Information and Media Technology at Karlsruhe University of Applied Science since 1997. She managed the Comet Group for 25 years and successfully sold the company in October 2012. In addition to her professorship, she is currently Managing Director of C-Top Consulting, a consulting company for information architecture.

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Dr. Heribert J. Wiedenhues, industrial engineer and former Chairman of Thyssen- Krupp Engineering AG. Since 2000, he has been acting as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at various companies in the plant and mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and software industries and is a source of inspiration for us with his wealth of experience.

Dr. Walter Fischer, who holds a degree in mathematics, is member of the Supervisory Board who founded Fischer Computertechnik GmbH in 1985, and has managed the company for almost 30 years to become an innovative software producer of information and content management systems. In addition to his long-term involvement in the professional associations, tekom and the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), the topics of training and information management are especially important to him.
